As a clinical Nutritional Therapist with over 15 years of experience, I am passionate  about helping you understand the growing evidence which highlights the importance of preconception health, not only for fertility and successful pregnancy outcomes but for the long-term health of your child.

If this resonates with you, you are not alone — and you are not without options. Fertility is influenced by many interconnected aspects of health, and when given the right attention and time, meaningful improvements can often be made. Through personalised, evidence-based nutritional therapy, I can help you strengthen the foundations of reproductive health so you can move forward feeling informed, supported, and quietly confident in your next steps.

Fertility challenges can be really tough and having been there myself, I understand the emotions that come with this journey.

Does this resonate?

Perhaps…. you have experienced fertility challenges such as a failed IVF cycle, implantation failure, chemical pregnancies, recurrent miscarriage?
…you are struggling with secondary infertility, PCOS or endo, or male factor infertility and you do not know which way to turn now?
… you’ve been told your AMH is low, that your results are “borderline,” or that your chances are reduced — yet you still feel there must be more that can be done.
